Milwaukee Domes Alliance is pleased to announce the annual Wisconsin Orchid Society Show and Sale at the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory.
Wisconsin Orchid Society Show and Sale: Now in its 44th year, the Wisconsin Orchid Society Show, Fall in Love with Orchids, will return to the lobby of the Domes. In addition to the many orchids on display, the event includes educational demonstrations about the conservation and care of orchids. Orchids, books, and potting materials will be on sale in the lobby. The Wisconsin Orchid Society is a non-profi t organization dedicated to the conservation, cultivation, appreciation, improvement, and promotion of orchids and orchid growing.

Our mission is to promote and support the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory (the Domes) and surrounding park by creating and enhancing the visitor experience of this globally significant urban destination. Milwaukee Domes Alliance provides educational and membership programming, retail services, funds for facility enhancements, and volunteer recruitment and management in support of the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, and has done so since the 1980s. Revenues to support this mission come from fundraising, membership dues, and retail sales. All programming works to enhance the visitor experience, helping the community cultivate a lifelong love of nature.
