Warm Your Heart in Neenah

Downtown Neenah will host the 10^th annual  Warm Your Heart event on Feb. 10, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Many Downtown businesses will offer samples of warm foods, beverages and snacks to attendees as part of a one-day event to encourage shopping small and supporting local Downtown Neenah merchants.

In addition to providing warm food to nourish participants’ appetites, the event is encouraging individuals to warm their soul as well – bring a donation of hygiene products for Double Portion. If you do, you’ll receive a voucher for additional specials or discounts at the downtown businesses that day. Double Portion provides lunchtime meals three times a week for those in need as well as a pantry full of food staples and personal care items.

This well-attended event has sold out in the last few years and space is limited to 325. Registration is available by contacting Future Neenah at (920) 722-1920 or visiting their website at neenah.org.  Cost of the event is $25 and includes a unique made-in-Neenah ceramic Sunset Hill Stoneware mug that will be used as your ‘ticket’ to take to participating businesses and fill up with something warm and delicious.

Free parking is available in the Church Street ramp on Saturdays.
