Stars, Cars & Handlebars is a yearly fall car show hosted by North Star Mohican Casino Resort in Bowler, Wisconsin. This year’s show date is Saturday, Oct. 7. Hope to see you there!
Set in the beautiful Northwoods during the fall color season, this show features all types of vehicles from classics to modified including motorcycles.
Every year, there is a huge Pin-Up contest featuring a 20-girl lineup competing for the title of Miss North Star. The contest is hosted by Carmen Lee.
This year’s celebrity is Joe Zolper, the host and lead mechanic of the TV show “Garage Squad” broadcast on Motor Trend TV. There will be food trucks including the ever-popular Mohican Vets Fry Bread Tacos.
A total of 12 classes will be awarded the top two in each class, including one Best Of Show award. There are also about 12 cars that are featured inside the Orion Event Center, which is also the location of the Pin-Up contest.
This is also a totally free show for the participants and spectators, who must be 21 years old to enter the gaming floor.
The show runs from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., with registration open from 8 a.m. – Noon. Awards will be presented at 3 p.m., with a scenic 25–30 mile cruise to follow.
Food will be served starting at 10 a.m. Pin-up contest starts at Noon. Free coffee and donuts while supplies last for participants.
