Public admission 8 am – 2 pm. $8.

Vendor set-up on Saturday, Feb. 17 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 18 from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.

From the organizer…

• History This is the 32nd annual show – it started in the DuPage county fairgrounds (Wheaton, IL) but moved to the Kane County Fairgrounds in 2011 because we outgrew the old venue.

• Food & Parking Need to warm up? There is a great food vendor with a wide variety served indoors (not a food truck outdoors). Plenty of tables to relax. Paved parking. No parking fee.

• Great Reviews BOPC Swap committee members personally hand out flyers in the fall prior to the show. We receive positive feedback each year from vendors at those fall shows.

• Reunion The event is a get-together for all Chicagoland BOPC (Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and Cadillac) car clubs (out of state, downstate,  CERTAINLY welcome, too!). Members shop, then hang around the lobby where there is food, car club membership booths, and just plain good camaraderie. People like it that way. That is why it is held in the month of February. A terrible month for a show? No – people want to get out and start thinking about their collector cars, and meet friends they saw last at the fall meets. Sure, we have no big car show with trophies as the summer shows have, but that bothers no one.

• Meet, Ask, Join The event is not just a parts swap meet, it is an INFORMATION swap meet. Start ‘networking’ here. Vendors can’t predict what will sell. They can’t bring everything. But many have it, or they know where you might find it. The clubs are here, also a great source of information. Join a club!
