Sturgeon Spectacular Winter Festival

Who says winter in Wisconsin is boring? Come and enjoy this quirky, fun-filled homage to the mighty sturgeon, which is one of the most unique winter festivals in the state.
The 10th annual, family-friendly, FREE event for all ages will take place the first weekend in February. Festival-goers will enjoy activities both in the Downtown District as well as in Lakeside Park. Be sure to visit the event hub – Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts – and businesses in the downtown area.
Activities will include the Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting Championship, ice sculpting, an outdoor floor curling tournament, a super fun Snow Land kids play area, adult and kids entertainment options, mini bonfires, Sturgeon Show-off Station and Shanty Village, horse-drawn carriage rides, a Chili Crawl, and a Valentine’s Day-themed Sweet Stroll.
